Room was okay, but disappointed that there was no Iron to press my cloths. As a minimum, there should be ironing service provided by the hotel if there are no pressing irons in the room, or a common area to iron your cloths

It was comfy. Old building but well maintained. It was well located. We had a supermarket opened at night and a bar with good food nearby. Overall, nice experience.

Fuenlabrada, is a relaxed and calm, leafy. safe residential area, with very light traffic. There are a few local traditional bar / restaurants to choose from, but not a buzzy nightlife. An easy 30 min train or metro ride to the town centre for traditional night life instead. Overall a good place to relax and good value compared to the centre of Madrid.

Lovely hotel that exceeded my expectations.
Lovely hotel that exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff who communicated in English. They made us feel welcome and facilitated us during the evening meal options. Thank you very much to Lawris especially.

It is a good 4 star hotel in the middle of a very busy Madrid suburb. If driving there I would recommend making sure that you know where the car park entrance and then the hotel's dedicated car parking spaces are. We only stayed one night so did not sample the local area.

Fuenlabrada is quite a way south of Madrid but easily accessible by train and the LCB hotel is a short walk from the station. It was good to get out of the rush of the City of Madrid to rest and be ready for another day of exploring Madrid.

The breakfast was the best.
The breakfast was the best. The location was convenient to the train and to Toledo (by car). The mall next door was handy. A Tapas bar a short walk away was very good as well as Tokyo, a sushi place. Everyone at the hotel and the 2 nearby restaurants was very friendly.

A fairly quiet little town.
A fairly quiet little town. Considerable examples of hardship with a lot of shops closed down. Some excellent bars/restaurants offering genuine welcome and good prices. Little bar opposite church is fantastic!. Felt safe. Easy to access Madrid via the Metro.
We have unlimited drinks for us from the vending machine, you have coffee, fruit juices, hot choc any time of the day at their cafe area! Parking is free at the property and always have space for us to park our car during the stay. Less busy location, and playground and park nearby if you have children.
You can walk around the neighbourhood in the morning and evening. Everything looks the same as the photos. Love the hotel!!!
Definitely recommended if you have your own transport to travel.
Although the immediate and nearby surroundings are not good, the hotel is strategically positioned south of Madrid and 20 minutes west of the Warner Park. if you are planning to visit Madrid and the Warner Park, this location is useful. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms (bed is comfortable). I booked 2 rooms for me and my family. In the future, if we travel to Madrid again, I will try to stay in this hotel again.
The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The underground parking with direct access to the hotel was very useful. It was a little tricky finding the car park entrance and then the exact location of the hotel's dedicated car parking spaces (it was a public car park) so I would recommend that the hotel adds a little more detailed information in its welcome communication prior to arrival.
Good hotel at a decent price. The big plus is the parking and the location adjacent to a shopping mall where you can find anything you may need. For those who rent a car, it is an excellent option as a place to stay while exploring Madrid, Toledo, Segovia, Avila, El Escorial and more nearby places.

It was clean and comfortable and met my needs . I needed a place near to the University Hospital and my job where I could rest after visiting my mom at hospital, this hotel was perfect for that.
For our purpose of travel it was perfect location. Hotel and hotel rooms were VERY clean. And staff was nice. Fast check-in and check-out. FREE PARKING was the main reason we chose this hotel.
The rooms were really nice, just like a top hotel. Massive bathroom, clean, TV, everything you need. I don't think you'd find much better in a more expensive hotel.
