Nice location in the heart of Narita. Near to two train stations and a bus terminal. Staff was very accommodating. Easy to extend the stay. Very reasonably priced.

Hotel was a bit of a trek on public transport, but rooms were comfortable and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus. No restaurant onsite, and about 1km walk to nearest restaurant open, when we were there.

Breakfast was wonderful! The best of my whole stay in Japan, because had many options for different tastes, and a great choice of Japanese nice food for beginners!!
Another thing I really loved was the Kuroneko desk service at the hotel, because made it easy our luggage management afterwards during our travel from Tokyo to Fukuoka!!
The shuttle service and a convenience store in place are always helpful!!
